Cookie Policy
This page explains which cookies and similar technologies q-estates.com uses, what for, and how you can accept, reject or change them.
1.What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include your browser's local storage and requests that send information from your browser to a server, for example to count a visit. On this page, “cookies” covers all of them.
2.Who uses them
Every technology on this website is our own (first party), used by the owner of the website (see the Legal Notice). We do not use advertising cookies, social media plugins or third-party analytics. The map images come from CARTO without setting cookies, and photos are delivered through our own server.

4.Necessary technologies
Those marked “Necessary” do not require consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI: they are strictly necessary for a service you request (such as unlocking a listing) or they store a choice you make yourself (language, closing a notice, your cookie choice). They are always active.
5.Optional technologies and your choice
“Preferences” and “Statistics” are only used if you accept them. On your first visit a banner lets you accept all, reject the optional ones or choose in Settings; rejecting is as easy as accepting. Until you decide, no optional technology is used. Your choice is kept for 12 months, after which we ask again.
6.How to change or withdraw your consent
You can change your choice at any time in , which is also at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent for Preferences, we delete the saved map filters; if you withdraw consent for Statistics, nothing more is sent from your browser. You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings; the necessary ones are set again when you use the features that need them.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, our statistics do not count your visit, even if you have accepted them.
7.Changes
We will update this policy and the table whenever the technologies used on the website change. How we process personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
